UFO Rush 2 Game Template Review
I recently bought the UFO Rush 2 Game Template from Codecanyon, and I wanted to share my experience reviewing this game template. Without further ado, let me dive into the details!
Changelog
Starting with the changelog section, I noticed that there have been several updates ranging from August 2022 to November 2024. This is a considerable amount of updates, providing a solid foundation for me to start building upon my game development experience.
Moreover, I found that important updates such as upgrading buildbox, adding new software, and enhancing the experience with features like 8.6 gradle package, Android API 15, and in-appbilling 5.2 included in this changelog highlight the level of dedication these developers have in ensuring every detail is thoroughly covered as part of the game improvement process.
Game Gameplay
Moving on to Gameplay, I can confidently label UFO Rush 2’s gameplay as ‘insightfully addictive.’ The visuals are stunning, and an immersive storyline takes you within the universe where you maneuver through multiple characters, various levels, and obstacles amidst an atmospheric soundscape like a rocket’s roar after each obstacle successfully navigable.
It is indeed important to have this level set up from the beginning ensuring that as a player increases in the levels, getting more complicated by the same time to provide a complete experience with constant challenges of new elements that are discovered as players go through increasing levels. This is incredibly engaging as you can constantly try different tactics to adapt to changing obstacles and game environment
**Features
UFO Rush 2 offers an array of mind-blowing features set up as an endless stream of games to keep all players interested for a maximum of an hour. So, without hesitation, allow me to walk you below the comprehensive set of new features
The game doesn’t limit its features or gameplay options as it makes it open-ended, you can expect multiple characters option, full game, or endless game experience, having 64bit support (Android) along with share, remove ads, end screen button
Compatibility and Support
The recommended software required to open 2.0 build (if it is not buildbox) 2 Classic 2.21 & 3 version, though, Buildbox 21.1 & 40 are required, Android api 15 for Android or Xcode 12 onwards for ios devices. On the contrary, it must be made clear that game template isn’t compatible because of using an older verion. If you run into compatibility issues, that is when I would think of other alternative options too.
Documentation and Usage
It’s a user-friendly experience. The creators have also made sure about providing easy to understand code, game assets, free services that help you use the template more effectively
It seems they have indeed done their part in leaving the room open for changes by not providing any copyrighted materials but providing the way to add them yourself but they’ve taken care making sure this is a helpful and friendly documentation for usage
Monetiziation and Advertising
So, what does this leave for us, the advertiser? We get to show off ads (Admix Interstitial) and to get our customers to become paying ones (Remove-A-Game button) all the way, we only have 64-bit.
*Pros and Cons
Pros: End less gameplay and Multiple settings Share Button A game is reworked after a different level Documentation and User Friendly Additional Services Provided.
Cons:
- Only works with BUILDBOX Classic 2:21:4 or lesser versions * In-Android Studio software.
