LIVE PREVIEWAgentHub – Insurance Agent CRM Review
I recently had the opportunity to try out AgentHub, an Insurance Agent CRM system that promises to help agents manage their client interactions effectively. As a reviewer, I was excited to dive in and see what this system had to offer.
Customer Benefits
One of the first things that caught my attention was the list of customer benefits that come with AgentHub. These include free setup on a server, free domain mapping, and free SSL certificates installation from Let’s Encrypt. Additionally, the system offers rebranding tasks such as logo, name, and color theme customization for a fee of $173 USD. Adding new payment gateways also incurs a one-time charge of $499 USD.
Minimum Requirements for Setup
Before getting started, I was required to provide some basic information, including a cloud server from Digital Ocean, full access to the server, a Gmail account with login details, app name and logo, color theme, and CRM name. It’s worth noting that AgentHub does not work on shared hosting, and users may experience installation issues if they try to set it up on a shared server.
AgentHub Functionalities and Features
The system itself is quite comprehensive, with a range of features that cater to the needs of insurance agents. These include:
- Dynamic Dashboard
- Lead Management
- Contact Management
- Policy Management
- Task Management
- Meetings
- Calls
- Calendar
- Documents
- Email Templates
- Subscription
- Payment History
Admin Features
Administrators also have access to a range of features, including:
- Dynamic Dashboard
- User Management
- Create Packages
- Payment History
Tour and Login Details
To get a better feel for the system, I was provided with a tour of AgentHub, complete with login credentials for both the agent and admin panels. The system’s dashboard is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find the features I needed.
What You Get
As part of the purchase, I received the following:
- Frontend code in React JS
- Backend code in NodeJS
- MongoDB collection database
- API docs in Postman
Conclusion
Overall, I was impressed with AgentHub’s range of features and functionalities. While there are some limitations to the system, such as the requirement for a cloud server and the need for additional payment for rebranding and payment gateways, I believe that the system has a lot to offer insurance agents looking to streamline their client interactions.
Score: 8/10
I would recommend AgentHub to insurance agents looking for a comprehensive CRM system that can help them manage their client interactions effectively. With its range of features and functionalities, I believe that this system has the potential to make a real difference in the way agents work.
