• You have successfully set up the PayMoney Agent Addon on your website or mobile application, and have obtained an agent account with AgentPay.
• You have a functioning internet connection on your smartphone or device.

1. Agent: Anyone who collects payments on behalf of the merchant (for example, a utility bills collector).
2. Merchant: The business providing goods or services to end-users (for example, a utility company).
3. End-user (or Customer): The person making the payment to the merchant.

In this tutorial, we assume that you are an authorized agent, responsible for receiving payments from end-users in behalf of the merchant (the PayMoney Agent) using the AgentPay technology.

Using the PayMoney Agent Addon on Your Website

To add the PayMoney Agent addon to your website, kindly follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Administrator panel (the dashboard), then navigate to the page where you want to show the payment button.
2. Click on the “Payment Methods” tab then select the AgentPay widget from the available options, then configure it according your requirement.

Make Payments using the Mobile Application

The mobile application allows PayMoney Agents to receive mobile payments from end-users anytime, anywhere. Here are the steps to make and receive payments using the Mobile Application:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Launch the PayMoney Agent App

a. Download and install the PayMoney Agent app for Android or iOS from respective app stores. b. Open the app and proceed to log in using the agent's username and password.

Step 2: View Payment Requests (Pending Invoices)

a. Upon successful log-in, you will have access to the app main dashboard, which displays "Pending Invoices" sections. b. This table displays a list of customer invoices, with details that include customer name, company name, invoice number and date, amount, agent commission, and payment modes (available payment methods including AgentPay, etc.). c. To view, click on the "customer name" to view transaction details, payment history with agent commission and payment proof (where available).

Step 3: Trigger a Payment Request

a. a. Tap the "Scan" button on the page. b. Scan barcode on invoice. c. You can also manually entering the invoice number and scanning payment details from the bottom-up, to trigger pay money. d. Important: You must obtain explicit consent from the payer (customer) before effecting the payment.

When making a Payment using AgentPay, You (Agent) will proceed with payment through the gateway by the payment method or other secure payment methods on your smartphone.

To proceed:

1 PayNow (the button).

2. Click Continue to (make the payment).

A Receipt will popup (success).

Successful Payment Notification

Once transaction successful, a notification icon () appears at the “Notifications” section of Mobile Application. Tap on them to see transaction details view (e.g., “Invoice Paid:”).

All these payment transaction records now view under the "Transaction History" tab on the agent's mobile app: the history of all agents.

Step 4: Manage Payment Settlement

To view and filter payments by status, create, confirm, and approve the settlement process:

Settlement can be done easily, once all payments has been processed. Set a minimum settlement threshold (at your discretion) to specify how much funds you’re allowed to transfer to receive. a.
