1/5 – A Decent but Overpriced Chatbot Plugin
I recently had the opportunity to try out ChatBizz, an advanced AI support chatbot plugin built using Python and React JS. While it’s a decent tool, I was left feeling underwhelmed by its performance and value for money.
Design and Features
The plugin has a modern and sleek design, with a user-friendly interface that’s easy to navigate. The features are extensive, including automated AI replies, customizable design, and integration with OpenAI API. However, the plugin’s potential is marred by its limited scalability and lack of advanced features.
Performance
During my testing, I experienced some issues with the plugin’s performance, including slow response times and occasional errors. The chatbot’s AI-powered replies were accurate, but the plugin’s inability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously was a major letdown.
Value for Money
At $99 for a single license, I found ChatBizz to be overpriced. The plugin’s limited features and performance issues made it difficult to justify the cost. Additionally, the SaaS version of the plugin is only available with an extended license, which adds to the overall cost.
Support
The plugin’s documentation is detailed, but I found the support team to be slow to respond to my queries. While they’re responsive, the lack of immediate support is a major drawback.
Conclusion
Overall, ChatBizz is a decent chatbot plugin, but its limitations and high price tag make it difficult to recommend. While it’s suitable for small businesses or personal projects, I wouldn’t recommend it for larger enterprises or complex applications.

This tutorial discusses using chatbizz API through python and integrating front end using reactJs & Html5.
Creating your ChatBizz Account
Before we dive into the tutorial, you need to create Chatbizz account. So create your account and choose 'ReactJs &python Integration' option during SIGN-UP.
Connecting the Frontend (Python-ReactJs) Framework Integration
- From you chatbizz plugin list, click on advanced aI support chatobot then click on the box titled 'Connect' Then give your chatbott id to your chatplugin.then click 'Set Password'. You can skip " Set Password". Click on 'Download File', you will see several downloadable files. The File's extension is
.gz. - Navigate in your terminal or commend pro and run

copy these files into the existing ChatBizz react front.

Once the installation is COMPLETE Create a new reactcomponent which is going to our user interface.
Create Folder Components In Your Existing root Direcotry Then Cereate New file.
