Freshworks CRM API Key
Enter your Freshworks CRM API key in the "Freshworks CRM API Key" field. You can obtain your API key by logging into your Freshworks CRM account, going to the "Settings" tab, and clicking on "API" under the "Advanced" section.
Freshworks CRM Domain
Enter your Freshworks CRM domain in the "Freshworks CRM Domain" field. This is the domain that your Freshworks CRM instance is hosted on. For example, if your Freshworks CRM instance is located at https://yourcompany.freshsales.io, you would enter "yourcompany.freshsales.io" in this field.
Freshworks CRM User Email
Enter the email address of the user that the integration should use to authenticate with your Freshworks CRM instance in the "Freshworks CRM User Email" field. This user must have the necessary permissions to access and create new contacts in your Freshworks CRM instance.
Contact Form 7 Form ID
Enter the ID of the Contact Form 7 form that you want to integrate with your Freshworks CRM instance in the "Contact Form 7 Form ID" field. You can find the form ID by going to the Contact Form 7 plugin settings page and clicking on the "Shortcode" tab.
