I am writing this review after experiencing the Feedblitz Addon for UserPro. Unfortunately, the experience has been utterly disappointing.

The addon, as promised, integrates FeedBlitz with UserPro. On paper, this seems like a great way to keep users updated with current news. In reality, however, the execution is subpar.

The biggest letdown is the lack of guidance provided with the installation process. You are left on your own to figure out how to set it up. It would be incredibly helpful if there was a clear walkthrough or documentation available.

When you do finally get it installed, the feature is essentially bare bones. There’s no configuration option available to adjust settings, adjust the frequency of updates, or customize the user experience in any meaningful way.

Despite the claims of regular updates, it seems that this addon has stagnated. The version I received had outdated updates, with no apparent improvements or fixes made. Even the earliest version available doesn’t show any significant updates, making it a mystery as to what actually changed between iterations.

When issues arise or when users like me would like to see features added or updated, we’re simply left to submit our questions and suggestions using a contact form. Not exactly what I call efficient support.
