With the app's user-friendly interface and rich features, you can conveniently search, book, and manage your properties, from the comfort of your smartphone. Whether you're a property owner, tenant, or real estate agent, GoHomes aims to simplify the process of listing, renting, and finding the perfect property.

This tutorial will guide you step-by-step on how to use the GoHomes app, covering key functions, features, and procedures. By the end of this tutorial, you will be able to:

1. Create an account as a property owner or user
2. Search, filter, and shortlist properties
3. Register and list your properties as a property owner
4. Book and rent a property as a tenant or user
5. Communicate with property owners/agents and manage your booked properties

Setting up Your Account

1. Download and install the GoHomes app from Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
2. Launch the app, and tap on the "Sign Up" button at the bottom of the welcome screen.
3. Select your account type: User (Tenant) or Agent (Property Owner/Professional).
4. Enter the required information, such as name, email, and password.
5. Create a username and set your profile picture (optional, but recommended).
6. Verify your email address using the verification link sent to your registered email address.
7. Log in with your credentials to access your account.

Property Searching and Filtering

1. Tap on the "Marketplace" tab from the bottom navigation bar.
2. Use the search bar to find properties by:
   • Location: Specify a city, area, or zip code.
   • Property type: Residential, Commercial, Land.
   • Price: From a specific range ( Minimum and Maximum).
   • Amenities: Select various amenities, such as number of bedrooms, parking slots, etc.
3. Filter your search results:
   • Sort properties alphabetically, by price (ascending or descending), or by distance.
   • Apply additional filters: rent type (monthly/yearly), property status ( available/rented), or property age.

Adding and Managing Properties (Only for Property Owners/Agents)

1. Click on the "Add/Manage Properties" tab under the "Marketplace" tab.
2. Add a new property by completing the required information:
   • Property details: Photo, description, amenities.
   • Pricing and Tenancy: Rent, occupancy, and lease terms.
   • Contact Information: Phone number, email.
3. Edit or Remove existing properties by selecting "Edit" or "Trash" icons.

Renting and Booking Properties (Only for Tenants/Clients)

1. Find a property you want to rent by using search filters and sorting.
2. Tap on a listing to view property details (photos, description, floor plan, etc.).
3. Click "Reserve" to express your interest in the property or "Book" to lease the property.
4. Fill out the rental form with your contact and profile information.
5. Deposit and payment details: complete the payment process for either a deposit or rent/lease.
