InfixLMS Organization Add-on Review – A Comprehensive Look
We recently had the opportunity to review the Organization add-on for InfixLMS, a popular Laravel-powered Learning Management System. At first glance, this addon seemed to promise a level of customization and flexibility previously unavailable in traditional LMS solutions. After thoroughly researching and testing the product, we’re excited to provide our honest assessment of how it performs.
How it Works
The Add-on is designed to make it easy to manage organizations within your Infix LMS portal. This lets you create multiple organizations that can have their own course libraries, instructors, students, and branding. Perhaps the most useful feature we found was the ability for each organization to create publicly accessible courses, complete with customizable pricing options. Admins can also restrict student access to private courses at the organization level.
- First, an Infix LMS-powered website is required. Those without one will need to purchase and install the required software.
- For those who do have existing Infix LMS ports, the add-on software can be purchased and downloads from Codecanyon can be installed with relative ease.
- Upon Activation, the organizations feature lands under the ‘Settings > Modules’ tab in Infix LMS.
- Configuration is simple and guides are available, with most users able to set this up within 30 seconds.
How to Start
To begin, organizations must be enabled and active within the settings menu prior to creating an organization name, logo, and short description. It is, however, the only add-on that doesn’t cover the installation guide within but provides a clear path into the documentation with links of the installation video. No refund is possible, by mistake or downloaded once.
The installation support team stands ready to provide documentation-backed support, though we hope that the company could invest in a refund policy even for the reason it being downloaded by mistake.
When you purchase an add- on, please check about the demo available in other products, otherwise it requires a full understanding before one can make the final acquisition.
Final Thoughts, Support, and Feedback
In terms of supporting the product, we could not find the clear procedure for customization request as our requirement. Documentation was informative, and while not directly available, guides provided at the support desk.
Throughout our review process, responsiveness was good and generally informative. We’re a couple of minor gripes however, we felt it lacks a refund policy even before the installation has started is a major negative for these types of product purchases it’s a standard expectation
We would also have chosen a more complete set description of the requirements to clearly understand the buyer about software compatibility and how the thing works.
If the buyers are satisfied, then in the future the team Aorasoft must keep improvement in the field and with the customer experience by more detailed documentation for future user and a policy to reverse the purchase is more and more important, otherwise would be a less chance buyers to purchase, I was not satisfied by this requirement.
Conclusion
Finally, we hope our overview of the Organization add-on for Infix LMS has provided an in depth look at the software and clarified any doubts buyers may of had. For users it’s a strong and complete solution for an Infx LMS.
For both buyers and vendors, these types of requirements can never be too explicit in clarity and the clear steps.
We hope, it to be a step towards increasing the satisfaction level for some buyers.
