Supplier relationship management is becoming increasingly important, especially amongst businesses, which involve constant interactions with external partners suppliers. This is exactly when the Supplier Management module offered by Perfex CRM will come in handy. Specifically designed to simplify and expedite supplier-related processes Perfex’s supplier management aims to help your organization capitalize on its vendor interactions increase transparency and productivity streamline purchase orders and requests for service and, more importantly get a grip on supplier reputation and performance tracking. These modules offer real-time interactions, collaboration with partners clients, suppliers in real or virtual spaces as they relate to their current tasks they can make statements invoices purchase orders and credits note within the CRM’s main features.
I’m a total newbie in Perfex’s supplier management system and did not find any user difficulties or problems understanding it fully. However, for starters, there were no significant instructions on what they entail, or steps that ought to be undertaken when operating the supplier’s profile this was an obvious confusion caused by lack of sufficient background information or perhaps more clearly presented explanations that should certainly be taken care of I also felt as if i had been the last the first in their group was the one responsible for fixing all these.
Strength’s
• Manage Supplier data in Perfex: We can keep an updated registry of suppliers.
• It allows staff and customers an opportunity to have discussions based on projects: we enable suppliers to view information directly.
• Provides numerous customizable options for communication (task, contracts, estimates of work) this also simplifies our purchasing procedures at the time that this software has provided all necessary things to improve in many specific ways and help a higher level of trust, among our team suppliers
For me the system could probably be enhanced and this requires more improvement so, an enhancement can always help when we look back, these modules would surely prove to be worth investing further.
The biggest disappointment it is a limitation I’d say in comparison with such other well established competitors a few minor complaints for all of them however we appreciate the overall features the design of this interface with my supplier in that one should have an active presence to improve upon our workflow.
